Booking Terms

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed via email after booking through our online system - Rezgo. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 45 or more days in advance will receive a full refund minus a 15% rebooking fee.

  • Cancellations within 45 days of your trip are non-refundable, unless we are able to rebook your date with another client.

  • No-shows or cancellations 48 hrs before the day of the trip will be charged in full.

  • If we must cancel due to unsafe weather or river conditions, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

 

3. Weather & River Conditions

Safety is our top priority. Trips may be postponed, rescheduled, or rerouted in response to river flow, weather, or other unforeseen conditions. Final decisions rest with the guide.

 

4. Participant Responsibility

Guests must ensure they are physically capable of participating in a full-day fishing trip, which may include wading, exposure to changing weather, and navigating uneven terrain.

  • You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, sun protection, and personal items.

  • You are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by your guide.

 

5. Fishing Licenses

All guests must hold a valid Montana fishing license prior to the trip. Licenses are available for purchase online at fwp.mt.gov.

 

6. Equipment & Gear

We provide rods, reels, flies, and other essential fishing equipment. If you prefer to bring your own gear, feel free — but please consult with us beforehand. Waders are not typically required but can be arranged.

 

7. Liability Waiver

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with fishing trips.

  • You release Montana Trout Wranglers and its guides from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our trips.

 

8. Media Use

We occasionally take photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such media, please let your guide know at the start of the day.

 

9. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to change river locations, guides, or itineraries due to weather, river access, client skill level, or other conditions to ensure a safe and successful trip.

 

10. Agreement at Checkout

By completing your booking and checking the Terms & Conditions agreement box on our checkout page, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • You are authorized to make this reservation on behalf of all participants in your party.
